Challenge

Little Loans wanted to increase conversion rates by reducing friction in the loan application process. The challenge was to create a simple and fast way for users to check their eligibility without committing to a full application, all while keeping user drop-off rates low.

Solution

A streamlined quick check eligibility journey was designed, allowing users to assess their eligibility for a loan in minutes. By offering instant feedback, optimizing the form layout, and minimizing unnecessary steps, we enhanced the user experience, reduced drop-offs, and boosted completed applications.
