The Challenge

To design a user-friendly personal loan comparison website that complied with strict regulations. Each loan promotion required provider approval, adding complexity to the project. To tackle this, we collaborated closely with stakeholders and the wider team to create a streamlined user journey. This included a homepage, loan-specific landing pages, a form to capture essential details, and a results page displaying financial offers. Our design decisions were driven by extensive user research and market analysis, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations while meeting customer expectations.
