The primary goal of the app was to keep users engaged and active, as rent reporting carried a monthly cost for the business. It also needed to seamlessly integrate into the existing Comparitec ecosystem by capturing relevant data to offer users alternative financial products and solutions. Future iterations planned to expand the app’s appeal to homeowners by introducing an 'Uplift Points' system, utilising Open Banking data for tailored insights.
